Due to business growth, we are now recruiting for an Administrator to join our Parts Hub. You will carry out duties to allow the smooth running of the Parts department and support the administration activities.
The main duties of the role are:
· Create purchase orders and input PSA spoke orders onto Parts Management system
· Notify PSA spokes on parts back-order status also regularly maintain and update information
· Notify parts team of any manufacturer back orders
· Create notifications on back-order parts on PSA System
· Print off parts return requests and attach to the correct parts delivery route for collection
· Any other parts control areas that you may be responsible for
· Book parts into stock and with correct price and quantity from parts invoices
To be effective in this role, you will have a sound knowledge of best practice administration systems, be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel and have experience working within a fast-moving environment. Previous knowledge of working within the Parts industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
Hours of work are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4pm and the salary is £20,020 PA + bonus.
