Allied Mobility is a division of the Allied Vehicles Group. We are the leading Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles specialist for the UK and Ireland. We supply a wide range of wheelchair cars, MPVs and minibus conversions. As a Motability partner, we offer a unique selection of wheelchair cars to private individuals and families. Our larger wheelchair access vehicles are also popular with social and community transport providers.
We are recruiting for a Mobility Advisor to join our call centre. You will answer inbound calls and effectively follow up leads generated by Allied Mobility.
Key Responsibilities are:
- Answer inbound mobility calls professionally, offering a solution to customer individual needs
- Convert Mobility leads into demonstrations for the field sales team to help increase sales
- Monitor and follow up all leads generated daily and weekly
- Effectively follow up on all leads on the ASM notification report
- Outbound courtesy calls to build strong relationships with existing customers to secure repeat business
- To carry out any other duties that are required of the Mobility Advisor position, as agreed with Call Centre Manager
To be effective in this role, you will have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills. You will have previous sales experience, ideally within a call centre environment. Previous experience of selling disability products and of working in the motor industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 9am – 5pm & rotational Sunday (1 in 7). This position offers a superb opportunity to join a progressive and committed company.
