We are now recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join our busy Accounts team.
You will support the accounts team by performing a variety of financial/banking tasks.
Hours of work are Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5pm and the salary is from £24,960 per annum, DOE.

The main duties of the role are:
- Post monies received for vehicle sales ledger/general sales ledger
- Post all monies received from Motability for vehicles sales and service work
- Prepare daily and weekly debtors reports
- Credit control
- Raise miscellaneous invoices
- Open new sales ledger accounts
- Monitor and action emails from sales ledger customers
- Deal with sales ledger credit limit requests
- Banking/bank payments (holiday cover)
- Credit card refunds (holiday cover)
To be effective in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience of working in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and a disciplined approach to work
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient computer literacy
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a variety of tasks
