Allied Mobility is a division of the Allied Vehicles Group. We are the leading Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles specialist for the UK and Ireland. We supply a wide range of wheelchair cars, MPVs and minibus conversions. As a Motability partner, we offer a unique selection of wheelchair cars to private individuals and families. Our larger wheelchair access vehicles are also popular with social and community transport providers.
We are recruiting for a Call Centre Advisor to join our Allied Mobility call centre. You will handle inbound calls from customers looking to order a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle and make outbound calls to existing customers to renew their lease.
Key Responsibilities are:
- Provide an excellent service to all Allied Mobility customers
- Answer inbound calls from mobility customers who are interested in buying a new Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle
- Respond to emails and website enquiries, generating leads for our field sales team
- Courtesy calling existing customers who are 3-6 months away from renewing their lease and looking to start the renewal process
- Follow up enquiries with customers
- Make sure the customer is kept up to date at all times
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
To be effective in this role, you will be an excellent communicator with exceptional customer service skills. You will have previous sales experience, ideally within a call centre environment. Previous experience of selling disability products and of working in the motor industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
Hours of work will mainly be Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm but some evening/weekend work may be required. If evening worked is required, the shift would be 10am – 6pm and if you worked a Saturday or Sunday, a day in lieu would be given. This position offers a superb opportunity to join a progressive and committed company.
