Allied Vehicles is the UK market leader in the manufacture and supply of wheelchair accessible transport solutions. We are now recruiting for a Call Handler to join our team. You will ensure that the Parts department provides an effective service to the other departments in the Company, and retail customers.
Key Responsibilities are:
• Provide an excellent service to all of Allied Parts customers.
• Answer inbound calls from Allied Parts customers.
• Dial outbound calls to Allied Parts customers.
• Respond to emails and call backs from Allied Parts customers.
• Making sure that all customers’ data and files are up to date.
• Achieve monthly targets.
• To carry out any other duties that are required to help support the Parts team.
To be effective in this role, you will be an excellent communicator with exceptional customer service skills. Previous sales experience, ideally within a call centre environment. Knowledge of working in the Automotive industry and experience of selling car parts would be advantageous but is not essential.
Hours of work are Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm and the salary is £25k + bonus,
