Due to business growth, we are now recruiting for CCTV Operator’s to join our facilities department.
You will ensure the security of Allied Vehicles Ltd premises.
The hours of work are 7pm-6am, on a 4 on 4 off basis and the salary is £13 per hour.

The main duties of the role are:
- On arrival at site, clock in and check that all equipment, keys, registers etc required during shift are available. Report any discrepancies to management immediately.
- Ensure that the Company premises are secure at all times. Refer to emergency call out procedures as necessary.
- Comply with CCTV procedures
- Report any incidents or suspicious behaviour to your manager without delay and report to police when required.
- Record any incidents, suspicious activities, safety/fire hazards, and other security-related situations in the security handover book, ensuring these are in a clear and concise manner.
- Work closely with other security personnel to ensure the overall security of all Allied sites.
- Assist the police and internal investigations as required by providing relevant footage and/or information.
- Visitor management
- Do not permit any person onto the site without prior authority from management.
- Do not allow any vehicles or items of company property to be taken from the site without prior authority from management.
To be effective in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a CCTV/Security related role.
- A high level of concentration and excellent attention to detail
- The ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure/in an emergency.
- The ability to monitor and operate multiple CCTV screens and systems simultaneously.
A Driving licence is essential for this role.
A Security guarding or CCTV SIA licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
