Are you an experienced CCTV or Security Supervisor with a keen eye for detail?
Join our Facilities Security team as a CCTV Security Supervisor, where you will play a key role in overseeing the CCTV and Security operations aligned to the security of Allied Vehicles’ premises.
At Allied Vehicles we design, develop, and manufacture a wide range of specialist vehicles, including wheelchair accessible vehicles, taxis, and minibuses. In addition to manufacturing vehicles, we also offer a range of aftersales services (onsite and mobile), including servicing, repairs and maintenance and we are Scotland’s largest independent parts distributor.
Due to business growth, we are now recruiting for a CCTV Security Supervisor to join our Facilities Security Team.
You will alternate between day shift and night shift, the hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-8pm and Monday-Friday, 9pm-8am and the salary is £14 per hour.

The main duties of the role are:
- On arrival at site, clock in and check that all equipment, keys, registers etc. required during the shift are available.
- Ensure Company premises are always secure.
- Comply with CCTV procedures, ensuring that alarms are acknowledged and as required in line with Company procedures.
- Train staff in relevant CCTV systems
- Report any accidents/incidents to police and your manager without delay and log in security handover book
- Do not permit any person onto the site without prior authority from management
- Do not allow any vehicles or items of company property to be taken from the site without prior authority from management
- Create shift Rota’s and issue out to team
- Act as first point of contact for calls from Security staff
To be effective in this role, you will have:
- Previous supervisory experience in a security role
- Excellent CCTV knowledge
- Good communication skills, both written and verbally
- An SIA CCTV Licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
A driving licence is essential for this role.
