Allied Vehicles is the UK market leader in the manufacture and supply of wheelchair accessible transport solutions. Allied also operates Scotland’s largest independent Bodyshop and offers a range of garage services to insurance, commercial and private customers alike. We are now recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join our Customer Service department. You will be required to assist with internal and external customer related enquiries.
The main duties of the role are:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer service enquiries from Allied Mobility and Cab Direct customers to ensure customers are receiving the right level of support
- Investigate customer queries within agreed authority, liaising with relevant information to ensure fair decisions/resolutions are provided
- Update relevant systems with details of interactions to ensure accurate record keeping
- Utilise complaint information records to form feedback reports to improve service and standards where appropriate
To be effective in this role, you will have written and verbal communication skills, be proficient with Microsoft Office and have previous experience of working in an inbound/outbound Customer Service role. Experience of complaint handling and of using a Salesforces system would be advantageous but is not essential.
Hours of work are Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm and the salary is £24,396.84 PA.
