Due to business growth, we are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Bodyshop department. You will carry out all the duties in relation to the smooth running of the Bodyshop reception area. This will involve dealing with customers’ requirements (internal and external) in a professional manner and providing administration support as required.
Key Responsibilities are:
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a professional manner
- Welcome all customers on initial arrival at reception
- Progress claims on customers’ behalf, assisting with paperwork
- Book in work in line with workshop capacity and customer requirements
- Liaise with customers in respect to vehicle completion date and time
- Assign loan vehicles where necessary and maintain records of car allocations
- Maintain the progress status of vehicles being repaired
- Inform customers of the completion of vehicle and arrange collection
To be effective in this role, you will have previous Customer Service experience (face to face and on the telephone) and be IT literate. Knowledge of Kerridge and of the motor trade would be advantageous but is not essential.
Hours of work are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm. This position offers a superb opportunity to join a progressive and committed company.
