We are looking for a Mobile Service Technician to join our growing busy Autocare Mobile team. Working closely with our call centre bookings team, with ambition to grow your own network, and deliver against targets, you will have an excellent eye for detail and exceptional customer service standards. With a focus on team-work and individual working, you will provide an efficient service to all our customers.
This is a mobile role, servicing customers vehicles at their home or place of work. It would include travelling to various locations to carry out your work.
The ideal Mechanical candidate:
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Mechanic / Vehicle Technician
- PDI experience preferred
- Proficient in diagnostic repairs
- Self-motivated
- Customer centric
- Attention to detail
- Reliable

Working hours will be Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm.
Salary is dependent on qualifications/experience:
- Level 2 qualified = £31k basic, £34k OTE.
- Level 3 qualified = £33,415.20 basic, £38k OTE.

The successful candidate will be able to diagnose faults using manufacturer and generic electronic diagnostic equipment, carry out inspections to VOSA standards, service, maintain and repair vehicles. Complete all paperwork in an efficient and accurate manner, working as a team with your colleagues to ensure vehicle jobs are completed to the required time and standards and be able to work on your own initiative as well.
