Due to business growth, we are now recruiting for a Motability Specialist to join our Sales team in the London area (Croydon/ Kingston upon Thames).
You will be responsible for selling our wide range of mobility vehicles to customers whilst achieving standards of Performance (SOP) and personal sales targets as agreed by management.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm and the basic salary is £24,960 per annum (£51k OTE).

The main duties of the role are:
- To sell and promote Allied Mobility to achieve territory and sales objective
To plan and organise activities that ensures effective sales contacts throughout your allocated territory
To achieve sales targets as set out by the National Sales Manager
- To recommend and agree a Sales Activity Plan (SAP) including promotional activities, which will ensure achievement of set territory objectives which will include sales conversion ratio
to carry out dealer visits
To attend Trade shows as and when requested
- To have an awareness of market trends, new products and improvements to existing products and to understand the implications of these factors for your territory, including competitor knowledge
To be effective in this role, you will have:
- Previous Automotive sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Intermediate IT skills, specifically in the use of Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
A Driving licence is essential for this role.
Previous Motability Sales experience within a dealership environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
