Due to business growth, we are now recruiting for a Parts Supervisor to join our Service department.
You will be responsible for ensuring the Parts department provides an effective service to the other departments in the Company, and to retail customers
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm and the salary is £15.86 per hour.

The main duties of the role are:
- Advise the service department that parts have been received, to enable customers’ vehicles to be booked in
- To use skill set and technical qualifications to correctly deal with any telephone enquiries and process orders
- Ensure that all parts are charged out correctly against relevant account with correct quantities and discounts
- Organising the documentation and collection of return parts e.g. damaged, wrong, surplus, and warranty
- Ensuring that all parts are kept in a clean and orderly fashion, and that parts are traceable to jobs and customers
To be effective in this role, you will have:
- Experience working in a parts environment.
- Relevant Parts qualification.
- Previous experience of a management position within the motor trade
- Strong management skills coaching, delegation, time management
- Good planning and organisational skills.
Management qualifications would be advantageous but is not essential.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
