Due to business growth, we are now recruiting for a Press Brake Operator to join our Pre-Production department.
You will operate and run the Press Brake.
Hours of work are Monday-Wednesday, 7am-6pm and Thursday, 7am-5.30pm and the starting salary is £13 per hour + bonus.

The main duties of the role are:
- Read drawings, set and operate Press Brake
- Complete all company documentation where necessary
- Comply with company control systems and methods, re-directing jobs if below standard
- Maintain work areas and complete daily/weekly machinery checklists
- Follow all H&S requirements
- Follow engineering drawings that relate to the bending of all part numbers
- Report and performance issues with the machinery
To be effective in this role, you will have:
- Experience of operating a press brake
- The ability to read drawings and measure equipment
- Experience of working in a sheet metal workshop/environment
