We are now recruiting for an Administrator to join our Operations department.
You will carry out those duties aligned to the smooth running of the Production administration department, and to provide full administration support to Production Team Leader’s, Supervisor’s and Management.
Hours of work are Monday – Wednesday, 7am-6pm and Thursday 7am-5.30pm and the salary is circa £27k + bonus.

The main duties of the role are:
- Run daily efficiency reports and update spreadsheets, along with labour reconciliation.
- Carry out general administration duties to assist in the smooth running of the Production.
- To ensure a consistently high level of customer care/satisfaction through the execution of your duties and in accordance with the training you have received.
- To be aware of and adhere to all health & safety regulations and policies applicable to your environment.
- Raise work orders/configure vehicles.
- Invoice all vehicles/check variances.
To be effective in this role, you will have:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel packages
- Strong Communication skills both written and verbal.
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Planning and organisational skills.
Previous experience working within the manufacturing industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
