Due to business growth, we are recruiting for an additional Recruitment and HR Coordinator to join our busy HR team. You will support the HR department across all aspects of the HR function and provide support to employees and managers as required. This role would ideally be suited to someone wanting to develop within an HR department.
Main duties of the role are:
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and new start process – advertising, CV sifting, interviews, offer letters, contracts, personnel data entry, check ins and induction
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR function
- Create and issue letters, contracts, and addendums, ensuring changes impacting on pay are communicated to Payroll in a timely manner
- Effectively input and maintain the HRIS and other databases used within the department
- Update and maintain the time and attendance system
- General HR administration and support
To be effective in this role, you will:
- Have strong organisational skills and be able to work on your own initiative
- Have excellent administration skills and great attention to detail
- Be confident communicating at all levels of the business
- Have experience of working in a similar recruitment or HR role
Hours of work are Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm and the salary is circa £24,500 PA.
