We are now recruiting for a Rentals Advisor to join our Rentals department.
You will work as part of the Rentals Team to interpret customer’s rental vehicle requirements and deliver an excellent service that makes our customers want to come back and use us again.
Hours of work are Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm and the salary is £23,400 + bonus.

The main duties of the role are:
- Receive incoming enquiries and process them carefully and sensitively to ensure you understand their needs
- Discuss the offering with the customer to ascertain fitness for purpose
- Prepare, provide and follow-up quotations for retail customers to ensure maximum conversion rates to a sale
- Agree and confirm delivery arrangements to ensure all parties find them suitable
- Manage customer issues as they arise, working with your colleagues and managers to establish fast and effective resolutions
- Fully and accurately record all relevant notes on systems to provide a clear track of all communications
To be effective in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a customer care/administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- Great customer service skills
Previous experience of working within the motor trade, in a vehicle rentals department would be advantageous but is not essential.
