We are now recruiting for a Valet Supervisor to join our Operations department.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Valet bay.
Hours of work are Monday-Wednesday, 7am-6pm and Thursday, 7am-5.30pm and the salary is £35,000 per annum + bonus.

The main duties of the role are:
- Proactively manage all valet services in accordance with Allied Vehicles’ business requirements, ensuring superior customer satisfaction (both internal and external customers)
- Ensure Health & Safety rules and procedures are observed and maintained throughout the area.
- Manage all assigned valet functions to achieve the highest level KPI performance targets
- Carry out quality checks on all vehicles produced from the valet team within 20 mins of vehicle completion and returned to appropriate department
- Develop and manage Valet operating budgets, proactively track variances and manage within target
- Recruit, manage, train and motivate direct reporting staff according to Company procedures, policy and employment law
- To conduct monthly one to one meetings with all direct reports
To be effective in this role, you will have:
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience working in valeting.
- Ability to guide and mentor others
A Driving Licence in essential for this role.
