The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Valeter to join our Rentals department. This is an exciting opportunity for a hard-working and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining vehicles to the highest standards.
You'll play a key role in preparing each rental vehicle in the Glasgow Branch to be ‘Rental Ready’ ensuring each one is in a clean, tidy, and acceptable condition.

Hours of work are Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm and the salary is £13.45 per hour.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Valet all Rentals Department vehicles in accordance with the ‘Rental Ready’ standards as set out in the checklist, so that vehicles are all prepared to a high-quality condition before being delivered to customers.
- Monitor the workflow of rentals vehicles through valet on a daily basis, and refer any backlogs or possible delays to the Fleet Manager and Valet Manager.
- Complete a checklist for each valet, and mark down any issues on the checklist, handing all paperwork and keys back to the Fleet Manager or Transport Manager.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have:
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience in cleaning and the preparation of vehicles.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
