Allied Vehicles - Fix Auto Wigan are hiring for a Workshop Controller to join our award-winning team.

As the Workshop Controller, you’ll work closely with the Bodyshop Manager to oversee daily operations, support the team, and ensure repairs are carried out to the highest standards. You'll play a key role in delivering first-class service, streamlining workflow, and maintaining a productive, positive work environment.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, with flexible shift patterns available and the salary is up to £45k per annum OTE, depending on experience.

The main duties of the role are:
- Assist in managing a team of panel beaters, MET and paint technicians.
- Overseeing the full repair process ensuing quality is to a high standard.
- Maintaining and caring for company tools, equipment, and our customers vehicles.
- Working efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced accident repair centre.
- Ensure compliance with all company, health & safety and industry regulations
To be effective in this role, you will have:
- A recognised qualification in Vehicle Body Repair or ATA qualified with a solid Bodyshop background
- Previous experience working in a vehicle body repair role.
- You take pride in providing a great customer experience each day and understand what is important to your customers and suppliers.
- Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
A Driving licence is essential for this role.
